The outcome is a range of two heavy duty CNC plasma cutting machines built to withstand the rigours of all day cutting whilst remaining incredibly affordable.Designed for High-Definition cutting up to 20 mm and standard definition up to 35 mm, the XP combines superior cut quality and reliability in a package that won’t let you down.HD Plasma CuttingHigh-Definition performance without the heavy-duty price. Combine with the ESAB Precision 130 HD power source for up to 20 mm dross-free cutting, or if you need more capacity, choose the M2 200i standard definition power source for 35 mm pierce capability.Plate MarkingWith the Swift-Cut XP, plate marking can be accomplished by the (optional) SwiftMARK engraving tool. Mark and cut in one operation meaning no more outsourcing or moving a project from one machine to another.SoftwareThe Swift-Cut XP comes with CAD, CAM and CNC software programs pre-installed. Draw, nest, and cut parts by following the simple step-by-step navigation. Automatic nesting comes as standard. Import DXF/DWG files or convert JPEG images for cutting. There’s an 89-shape parametric library to save drawing time, and CNC features such as plate alignment and sheet trim ensure cuts stay on the plate and leftover material can be easily tidied up for storage.Fume SuppressionZoned downdraft and water table cutting bed options are available for effective fume suppression on the complete XP range.
