Stoodite 12
Stoodite 12 is similar to Stoodite 6 in composition with the most significant difference being carbide volume. Stoodite 12 has high hardness and abrasion resistance. Non-magnetic and non-forgeable, the alloy can be machined with great difficulty using carbide tools. Stoodite 12 bonds well with weldable alloy steels, including stainless. Can be certified to AWS specification - A5.21 ERCoCr-B for bare rods; A5.13 ECoCr-B for coated electrodes.

Economical Cutting SolutionAutomated functions and a user friendly CNC provide powerful, versatile, oxy-fuel or plasma processing in a value-minded package. Precision guide rail enables stable motion of the crossbeam and full support of the cutting torch for accurate, reliable performance. Precision linear rails minimise vibration during cutting to ensure accurate cutting over the entire working envelope.
Flexible Process SolutionCrossbow can be equipped with plasma, oxy-fuel, or both. With plasma, cut mild steel or aluminium up 20 mm, or stainless steel up to 15 mm. Using oxy-fuel, cut mild steel up to 100 mm thick. It's simple, menu-driven interface makes operation easy to learn and use. The CNC features a comprehensive library of 24 common shapes which minimise programming and set-up time. Dimensions are easily edited to create custom shapes without additional programming. Custom programs are supported through basic M-and G-Code programming, and off-line programmed NC files can be transferred to the machine using a standard USB connection.

ESAB CaB 300M
Today’s industry Due to the increased productivity demands, and the increased request of customised solutions, the CaB 300M has been developed. To be able to meet the demands, and adjust to the needs of the industry many times a customised solution could be the only way.With ESAB CaB configuration, the M-model gives the opportunity to build a customised solution with adapted modulus for different needs. All the functions are built in to the remote control, giving a fully integrated package. Flexible designA robust and stable design together with an adapted integrated electrical design has given a flexible design. There are three options of foundation; steel plate, concrete stand and rail carriage. The column is eccentric to keep the welding head in centre of the base. The boom is driven by rack and pinion and the pulse encoder gives a stable and smooth motion. The hoisting of the boom is done by a motor on top of the column and with help of a counter balance weight inside the column.Both the lifting chain and the hoisting motor has a high and reliable safety factor. It is also supplied with a safety mechanism that in an event of a break down immediately locks the boom to prevent damage to both personnel and equipment.Individual solutions When dressing up the naked column and boom into a complete welding solution, the optional combinations are almost unlimited. In order to facilitate the selection process to result in a specification based on customer´s application, there is a computer aided configuration system available. FBHC Flashback Arrestor
High Flow flashback arrestors and reverse flow check valves provide additional protection against flashbacks. Victor recommends the use of these devices whenever possible. Victor add-on flashback arrestors contain both a reverse flow check valve and a flashback arrestor. Due to the high flow requirements of Victor Heavy Industry torches, it is important to use flashback arrestors that have sufficient flow capacity. It is important to understand the difference between reverse flow check valves and flashback arrestors. Reverse Flow Check Valves: Helps prevent the reverse flow of gases from traveling past the check valve. Flashback Arrestors: Prevents a flame from traveling past the flashback arrestor in the event of a flashback.
