The AutoRex system is a fully enclosed thermal cutting system, working with any machine model, and providing increased safety and automation.Fully enclosing a plasma cutting machine improves safety for all shop employees by blocking all dangerous radiation, dramatically reducing plasma noise, and ensuring 100% capture of all plasma smoke.Material handling is automated through a shuttle table, which maximises arc on time and improves safety. The Hydrocut HDX Waterjet Cutting System is a heavy-duty gantry cutting machine. Floor mounted crane rails and a rigid gantry are combined with digital AC drive amplifiers, brushless AC motors, and precision gearboxes. The result is a high-performance multi-process capable machine. The Hydrocut HDX easily combines waterjet with other cutting and marking processes, such as plasma cutting, plasma marking, oxy-fuel cutting, or plate lettering or marking tools.

Engineered for heavy-duty operation under extreme loading conditions, the Numorex™ can be used as a plasma, oxy-fuel or combination plasma-oxy-fuel cutting machine.

The solid ERGOSTAR EXA can be equipped with up to six oxy-fuel torch carriages. Due to its special design, the machine is remarkably versatile and flexible. Its concept renders the ERGOSTAR EXA fit for future production challenges.The ERGOSTAR EXA can be used for numerous cutting tasks – oxy-fuel or combined oxy-fuel and plasma. The machine offers the greatest versatility covering a broad range of cutting tasks.A low-level main beam with precision guides, supported by lateral panels with perfectly positioned running wheels provide the machine with maximum stiffness. Both lateral panels are mounted below the cutting table height. This allows for ease of loading and unloading of the table with fork-lift trucks and minimizes risk of collision with the machine. The transverse and longitudinal driving system with AC drives offers highest accuracy throughout the hole cutting area for all processes.

Compact Cutting SolutionCrossbow HD is a compact machine, ideal for small fabrication shops, maintenance and repair shops, trade schools. It can even be disassembled and transported to remote job sites.
Economical Cutting SolutionAutomated functions and a user friendly CNC provide powerful, versatile, oxy-fuel or plasma processing in a value-minded package. Precision guide rail enables stable motion of the crossbeam and full support of the cutting torch for accurate, reliable performance. Precision linear rails minimise vibration during cutting to ensure accurate cutting over the entire working envelope.
Flexible Process SolutionCrossbow can be equipped with plasma, oxy-fuel, or both. With plasma, cut mild steel or aluminium up 20 mm, or stainless steel up to 15 mm. Using oxy-fuel, cut mild steel up to 100 mm thick. It's simple, menu-driven interface makes operation easy to learn and use. The CNC features a comprehensive library of 24 common shapes which minimise programming and set-up time. Dimensions are easily edited to create custom shapes without additional programming. Custom programs are supported through basic M-and G-Code programming, and off-line programmed NC files can be transferred to the machine using a standard USB connection.
